I can't understand some of the reviews. I have been ordering from vatan for 2 years. Am really at peace, always arrived within 30 minutes and it was always warm. Customer friendliness is also top there was a communication error on my part and they were really great. And that for the second time. Top service Nevertheless, I would appreciate more choice. I have the feeling that there is more choice in the store than online.

For 2x Turkish pizza with kebab meat (... is really delicious, by the way), which according to the brochure cost 6 € each and 10 pizza rolls with herb butter for delivery 18 € without a proper invoice is simply bold. When we asked, the driver only replied that he would not make the prices and that he would calculate the price plus € 1.50 delivery costs when asked by phone. However, according to the website, delivery is free from 10 € ... and for 10 rolls 4.50 € really steep. You should reconsider the pricing 😬. Felt a little rocky. Food delicious ... Service below average ... Shame😞

I've been ordering for years, but unfortunately I have to say we didn't like it, everything was cold and without spices. The new bread is soft and doesn't taste good .... There is a lack of salt everywhere I am very disappointed ... 🤔🤔

Very tasty, although the kebab plate was unfortunately kept very small this time. A bit of a shame but still highly recommended.

The delivery times are sometimes quite long, and it is a matter of luck whether you are understood at the other end of the line. Often times the deliveries are wrong. Frequently changing staff, a lack of structure and a lack of customer orientation are standard.

I can only agree with the already mentioned points of criticism: Service -> miserable and inflexible Customer friendliness -> leaves a lot to be desired, mostly not available Cleanliness -> unacceptable, the employees do not wear gloves, masks, headgear, shooters or similar when preparing food. The food in the snack bar is open all the time during opening times, ingredients are taken from all containers with the same cutlery, sauces and tzaziki are spilled on all other ingredients and counters. Meat, salad, french fries, crumbs ... end up in the sauces. Plates and Togo containers are placed on pieces of aluminum foil, in which the doner kebab and lahmacun are then packed. If something falls off the table, the dirty counter will still place it on the plate and serve it to the guest. Incidentally, the order slip and pens are right next to it on the counter. Special requests and criticism are thrown out and, last but not least, in the presence of the guest, the owners and employees blaspheme. If you prefer to spend your money on delicious food and appropriate service (yes, you can expect that even in a fast food snack bar), thank God there are still enough alternatives in the area

Turkish meat pizza turned out to be a tourist ripoff. Meat was sparingly distributed as crumbs like spice. The rest just red paste. Thank you.

Half the order was missing, sauces were missing even though you said it on the phone. French fries totally mushy. Very rude when you say it on the phone that it is missing. Hardly understanding. It was definitely my last order there. Do not recommend it.
